Yuzu kosho

Just added this to some Olive oil and pepper to top an arugula salad with some crushed croutons and it was a perfect, simple summer salad!

Adds a bright, citrusy, salty, umami punch with just a little bit of heat. I go through the tiny jars so fast; TJs had a version for a while but it was sadly discontinued. Takes avocado toast up to 11.
